- 1. Add the greek yogurt to your bowl.
- 2. Drizzle honey on the yogurt. Some people like to add the honey at the end but I prefer the true taste of the berries.
- 3. Add strawberries, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds to bowl in sections.
- 4. Add whipped cream (if using) and garnish with coconut (if using).
- 5. Eat right away. Enjoy your day!
Notes
You can easily make this into a smoothie bowl by adding almond milk and yogurt to a blender and giving a quick cycle. If you prefer thicker consistency, consider adding frozen mangoes or avocado to the blend as well.
Eat shortly after mixing. I don't suggest freezing this recipe. If you must run out for a bit, simply stash in the refrigerator until you return and finish it up.
