1tspcinnamonhalf for milk, half for garnish
1heaping dollop of whipped creamoptional
Instructions
Brew espresso and set aside in a mug. Add the vanilla coffee syrup.
Add almond milk and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to a small pot and heat on high for 2-4 minutes, then froth using handheld milk frother. Be very careful of splashing!
Pour frothed milk carefully into mug over a spoon so that it layers on top of espresso.
Add whipped cream. (optional step)
Sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
Notes
If you like a sweeter drink, add desired amount of sugar (or stevia) to espresso/syrup mixture.
