Method
- Brew espresso and set aside in a mug. Add the vanilla coffee syrup.
- Add almond milk and 1/2 tsp cinnamon to a small pot and heat on high for 2-4 minutes, then froth using handheld milk frother. Be very careful of splashing!
- Pour frothed milk carefully into mug over a spoon so that it layers on top of espresso.
- Add whipped cream. (optional step)
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
Notes
- If you like a sweeter drink, add desired amount of sugar (or stevia) to espresso/syrup mixture.
- Don't have any cinnamon on hand? Try using a cinnamon flavoured syrup instead. Recommended: Torani Sugar-Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
