I don’t know why breakfast is so damn hard to fit into my morning routine.
Okay, I do know. It’s because not only am I NOT a morning person, but then I have to take the dog out, get my tween boys out of bed, kindly remind them 20 times to get up and get dressed, put together lunches, drive them across town to school, and then come back home and put together some engaging content for you fine folks! I also know them I am doing myself a huge injustice by not making time to have the MOST important meal of the day.
So, I’ve made a personal vow to set aside some time and eat a damn breakfast. I challenge you to do the same.
