Make this Homemade Baileys Irish cream, At a Fraction Of The Cost!

Equipment

  • 4 34 oz Glass Bottles for bottling and gifting
  • 4 Labels for decor
  • 1 Roll of Ribbon for decor

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Irish Whiskey Jameson is best!
  • 4 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 5 cups Half & Half Cream
  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 4 tbsp Chocolate Syrup/Sauce or more to taste
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Boiled water for instant coffee

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee to boiling water and set aside to cool.
  • Once cooled, mix with remaining ingredients into a large bowl or pitcher
  • Stir to blend- Do not use blender!

Notes

  • This will fill 4x 34oz bottles
  • Keep refrigerated after making
  • Can store in fridge for 10 days
  • Can substitute cold brew coffee instead
