How to put together a breakfast feast that’ll feed the whole family!

Fall brings so many great things. The crisp weather, picturesque Sunday drives, and best of all: Get-togethers. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. all seem to fall within the next couple of months, and with most great celebrations comes some bubbly, bad weather or any other reason that ends up leaving you with a house full of guests! Lucky for you, I have the PERFECT breakfast burrito buffet ideas to feed the famished. Sure to cure eggnog hangovers, winter blahs and leave your company satisfied (So they can leave, literally!)


What You’ll Need

  • Scrambled Eggs (2eggs per person)
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Mayonaise

Instructions

  1. Place eggs, bacon, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce in bowls. Assign spoons to each bowl for serving.
  2. Place tortillas nearby on a plate. Separate ahead of time before placing down as they tend to stick together.
  3. Place mayonaise in a small bowl with a knife to spread onto tortilla.
  4. Hand everyone a plate and get in line! The buffet style self-serving begins.

When I have a larger crowd, I tend to lay out the bowls around my kitchen island in order of layering on the tortillas.
Tortilla > Mayo > Bacon > Cheese > Tomato > Lettuce > Salt and Pepper

5. Lastly, fold up your tortilla and enjoy!
