Give The Gift Of Alcohol: Homemade Baileys Irish cream
Equipment
- 4 34 oz Glass Bottles for bottling and gifting
- 4 Labels for decor
- 1 Roll of Ribbon for decor
Ingredients
- 3 cups Irish Whiskey Jameson is best!
- 4 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 5 cups Half & Half Cream
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 4 tbsp Chocolate Syrup/Sauce or more to taste
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Boiled water for instant coffee
Instructions
- Add instant coffee to boiling water and set aside to cool.
- Once cooled, mix with remaining ingredients into a large bowl or pitcher
- Stir to blend- Do not use blender!
Notes
- This will fill 4x 34oz bottles
- Keep refrigerated after making
- Can store in fridge for 10 days
- Can substitute cold brew coffee instead
